Jesus did nothing or said nothing without Fathers direction.

John 5:19

Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does

So Jesus was showing us to depend on his Father, if we so believe Jesus, then do I depend on Father or just Jesus to help me?

Are we to be dependent on Father or Jesus or both or are both just one? Where does the Holy Spirit fit in then?

I personally believe all three are one just in different forms like water is: water is water, yet there are two other forms of it ice and steam, yet all just water.

Another analogy for this is the Egg:

There is the shell, the white, and the yoke it takes all three to be called one egg, the egg is not complete without all three parts.

So using this physical analogy let’s bring home the Spiritual reality.

The shell = Jesus his Body, the one that we are translated into from belief, receiving that we are forgiven at the cross, that there is no more forgiveness to be executed on God’s behalf, one dies with Jesus back at the crucifixion

The White = The Holy Ghost that comes upon you to reside in you, who brings the new life to you after you have received you are forgiven back at the cross, that it is finished, so now you are born again in the Spirit of God.

The Yoke = God The Father who now sees you as a brand new Child of Him, because of Christ at the cross, Father sees through Jesus were all sin has been taken away, thus sees your sins no more, and one’s reaction through being led now through the Holy Ghost is a doer of the love of God, not a hearer of. A Godly Sorrow has now taken place in place of a worldly sorrow. So today one just tells the truth period or is learning to do so if one so wants to know God and have all things work out towards their Good. For God is the Master and knows all free choices out in this world good or bad, so I am putting my trust in God knowing God will supply all my needs as I work diligently in this world to make a living. No matter what tragedy comes my way, I trust God somehow to see me through as Noah, As Abraham, AS Jacob, as Jonah, as King David, King Solomon, as Paul whom was Saul, as the 12 disciples, and as Job whom all trusted God and God after much tragedy in each of their lives saw them through, for all of these persons stood the test of evil trying to triumph over them, by delivering evil to them, but each stood not in Law, but faith in God and exercised that faith, which is what produced in each of them the obedience required by God. So are we all ready to go the distance and be made whole even as seeing from God’s vantage point we already are through Jesus Christ is Son?

So let us begin today if we have not yet begun to depend on Father through his Son Jesus the author and finisher of one’s faith 100% of the time no matter where we go or what we do, and we will be guided into truth, and be a doer without condemnation to us or from us to anyone else. Romans 8 there is therefore no condemnation for those that seek after the Spirit of God, and forsake the flesh through belief in God teaching you truth. God is now your truth from error separator, sift all things through your heart where the hidden man of you lives, the born again you.

Hebrews 8:11

No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.

Hallelujah and glory in the highest forever more!!!!!!

"What we think or what we know or what we believe is, in the end, of little consequence.

The only consequence is what we do"

- John Ruskin

Action from belief always speaks louder than words. Even the demons in the Spiritual warfare that the believers are in as well believe, but they have not put their trust in that one that took away all sin at the cross nor have asked to be born again in the spirit of truth God’s truth that he just loves you. So if I am still in and of my flesh and help all that help me, love all that love me, and scorn against others that are not a part of my organization, how then would I or you be any different than the demons that believe, yet do not put their trust in God the creator of all good. So if you believe, go past that and start to trust. This is what God asks throughout the bible to trust God. I have not heard of him saying figure it out, because God has got it all figured out, God is just waiting for you, me and all to TRUST him, therefore action is in place and they all shall know that you belong to God. Let me say that if I got guilt that needs confession and I am afraid of the consequences from that confession, what others might do or how they might react, or maybe even end up in jail.

For me to be set free I myself would have to confess to whomever I needed to confess to. For me in my walk, was the only way I ever got set free from quilt that haunted me. Now if quilt haunts you, talk to God in prayer and God will lead to the truth in what you should do, and it is up to you, God does just still love you.

You see since the believer is forgiven complete by God for the purpose of God to bring back the creation of God redeemed, when one receives this that they are forgiven, how can one not forgive others as well as seek forgiveness from others that they did wrong, once one knows they are forgiven?

So this question is in place do I have a worldly Sorrow or a Godly sorrow? I choose a Godly sorrow howaboutyou?

2 Corinthians 7 New International Version (NIV)

7 Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.

2 Make room for us in your hearts. We have wronged no one, we have corrupted no one, we have exploited no one. 3 I do not say this to condemn you; I have said before that you have such a place in our hearts that we would live or die with you. 4 I have spoken to you with great frankness; I take great pride in you. I am greatly encouraged; in all our troubles my joy knows no bounds.

5 For when we came into Macedonia, we had no rest, but we were harassed at every turn—conflicts on the outside, fears within. 6 But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus, 7 and not only by his coming but also by the comfort you had given him. He told us about your longing for me, your deep sorrow, your ardent concern for me, so that my joy was greater than ever.

8 Even if I caused you sorrow by my letter, I do not regret it. Though I did regret it—I see that my letter hurt you, but only for a little while— 9 yet now I am happy, not because you were made sorry, but because your sorrow led you to repentance. For you became sorrowful as God intended and so were not harmed in any way by us. 10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 11 See what this godly sorrow has produced in you: what earnestness, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what concern, what readiness to see justice done. At every point you have proved yourselves to be innocent in this matter. 12 So even though I wrote to you, it was neither on account of the one who did the wrong nor on account of the injured party, but rather that before God you could see for yourselves how devoted to us you are. 13 By all this we are encouraged.

Thank you from

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. - John 5:24

Is there any work on anyone’s part in this verse? The only work I see is, open my ears and hear, take my eyes off the world, listen, and breath, hear, God the creator of all that is good, sent Jesus Christ into the world to redeem those in the world, proof in the miracles that were done by him, through him by his Father, you know the dove that descended on him as John the Baptist witnessed after baptizing Jesus, and heard a voice say this is my Son in whom I am well pleased. John announced your Messiah has arrived; the Levitical priesthood rejected Jesus Christ as their leader, their way to the God. Now a lot of the Israelites did accept Jesus, seeing the miracles that he did, that no other man had ever done, this to me as I read his story of what he did tells me he is far greater than anyone else that has been here on earth, a Superman if you will. Just not one that came to physically fight, but spiritually he did fight against the consciences of the guilty, by exposing them with their own guilt, letting their own consciences convict them.

Why did they go against Jesus Christ? He performed miracles to the people. To the people that were suppressed, he freed them, they chased after him, they wanted healings, and they got them.

Do you see the legacy Christ has left, and thus bringing us to his Father the one that sent him? Do you see in that verse at the beginning of this post, where it states to believe on whom? Yes the belief is not on Jesus per say it is on the one that sent him, the Father of Christ, All Christ did was bridge the gap between man and God, by being declared righteous by God his Father whom sent him into the world to redeem the world. So once you believe on this fact, then place your trust in God the Father, for this is whom by belief in Christ that you have been translated to. Notice in all the letters written to the people, upfront was Paul and the disciples that Father was included in each greeting. How many of us are saying thank you Father as well as thank you Jesus. I am afraid for me, you and all others if you or I do not include Father. If I stop at Jesus and do not include Father, then is it possible that the evil forces, the Spiritual warfare can masquerade as an angel, as if to be Jesus. This happened in the beginning to Adam and Eve, even though it was a serpent that did this deceit. Deceit is still going on today, so I say each of us discern in our own hearts what truth is and what is not. For since you do believe, God who resides in you through the Holy Ghost will separate truth from error in you, and you shall know the truth, the truth that sets you free from bondage. Let’s see scripture where the Father is included at the beginning of each letter

Romans 1 New International Version (NIV)

1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— 2 the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures 3 regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life[a] was a descendant of David, 4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power[b] by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. 5 Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from[c] faith for his name’s sake. 6 And you also are among those Gentiles who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.

7 To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be his holy people: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1 New International Version (NIV)

1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes,

2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be his holy people, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours:

3 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 1 New International Version (NIV)

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the church of God in Corinth, together with all his holy people throughout Achaia:

2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Galatians 1 New International Version (NIV)

1 Paul, an apostle—sent not from men nor by a man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead— 2 and all the brothers and sisters with me,

3 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

1 Peter 1 New International Version (NIV)

1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ,

To God’s elect, exiles scattered throughout the provinces of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia, 2 who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood:

Grace and peace be yours in abundance.

Praise to God for a Living Hope

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. 2 The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. 3 We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 4 We write this to make our joy complete.

You see this is not all but in every one of the writings the Father, which is God is included but Jesus is shown as the way the truth, and the life unto Father, Father and Christ are included, from what I see you can’t know one without the other. Christ again is the bridge to the Father it is through Christ that we get to talk to Father.

So from today on believe that Father sent Jesus unto the world to redeem those who come to belief in him unto his Father whom just loves you!!!!! Who has through his Son, taken all sin out of the way to make you Holy and perfect in his sight, who does no sin, so through his Son Jesus you are made perfect through trusting Father made from belief as Holy as his Son, thus you being a Son also crying ABBA Father.

Is this good news or what, well either you believe or you don’t it is up to you. Once you believe then tell Father you now trust him and do this no matter what trouble comes your way, this is how I proved that I trust him, for I stayed trusting in the midst of adversity like Job, like King David and many other Saints that put their trust in The Father, known as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Oh and am also still in the midst of adversity, but I have no fear for God will see me, and you through for Christ overcame the world, and I, and you are in Christ so therefore you and I have overcome the world as well while in the midst of adversity.

So say thank you, even if you are about to be homeless, or not, exercise trust, and somehow by God all your needs shall be supplied, through you exercising trust, thank you

Love you God’s way

I think mankind has tried to do this for way too long, and has not to this day ever accomplished this. How can one denature selfishness, it is in one’s nature? We are born with desire to live, not willing to die. And from what I see without dying (dying to self) there shall not be any life. Are we born here on earth actually dead? But when we are born we have a life, we have heart beats, blood running through our veins, as we grow up we have millions of thoughts running through our minds.

I wonder if thoughts control us. Would that depend on what thoughts we accept or do not accept? Do feelings produce thoughts or thoughts produce feelings? Again that would depend on physical or spiritual.

Physical as like a cut on the arm sends a feeling to the brain, and we react accordingly hurt. So in this case a feeling produces thought thus pain.

Spiritually pain is produced as a result of thought, as a man thinks so is he. Before any of us can have Spiritual pain, we have to have derailing thoughts, such as anger. Can any of us be angry without angry thoughts? Try it I dare you, it is impossible to be angry without angry thoughts. This is how we all are designed form birth, with a selfish nature to boot, making it impossible to denature ourselves from evil which is selfishness.

So who can or what can? We are not here just to die are we? If that is the case, then what is the point of living? Something had to create this earth, this universe; it is History we can learn from and there is in history a place and a time that there was a man named Jesus Christ that walked this earth, did more than any man has ever done in physical form, raised the dead back to life, caused the blind to see, the lame to walk. What an impact this man made. Do the miracles alone prove that he was from God, sent by God? What was his purpose was he to redeem us back to God taking away all sins of the world through the last sacrifice and shedding of blood?

So I am saying that this is the only way to having our evil nature that we are born with denatured unto new life, where we exchange our flesh life for his spiritual life, thus being recreated in God’s Spirit. One becomes willing to die physically and in essence therefore is dead physically, but is made back to live physically by the power of God through the Holy Spirit of truth. Thus one is born again alive in the spirit of God, loving all as you now see you are loved, thus denatured by the power of almighty God, and this will not come to pass until one believes or reckons as a fact that they are dead to sin. Romans 6:11

Psalm 15 New International Version (NIV)

1 Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?

Who may live on your holy mountain?

2 The one whose walk is blameless,

    who does what is righteous,

    who speaks the truth from their heart;

3 whose tongue utters no slander,

who does no wrong to a neighbor,

    and casts no slur on others;

4 who despises a vile person

    but honors those who fear the Lord;

who keeps an oath even when it hurts,

    and does not change their mind;

5 who lends money to the poor without interest;

who does not accept a bribe against the innocent.

Whoever does these things

    will never be shaken.

Therefore you all this would be Jesus, the only one that ever pleased God the Father entirely. And is the only one that could ever do this.

So this is why it is important to be swallowed up by Jesus the mediator between man and God. Having God seeing you as perfect as Jesus, whom showed all how to depend on God his Father, who died first to take away the sin of the entire world, and after the resurrection, showing us this new life in him. Then after he ascended he sent the comforter to guide, lead, and tell you all truth. This truth is here today through the Holy Ghost unto you the believer, Father is one’s teacher through the Holy Spirit of truth, no longer do the ones that believe need anyone else to teach them for through reception of the Spirit of truth we have fellowship with all the Saints. Through one man Jesus Christ those that believe, are made Holy and without blemish from Father’s vantage point and is teaching you the believer how to walk circumspectly in him. So as you are Holy from Father’s vantage point because of Christ’s finished work and resurrection, coupled with his ascension  we that come to belief as well as those that believe have reception of the Spirit of truth, that teaches you from inside out.

You are blessed so walk as you are blessed

1 John 3 New International Version (NIV)

3 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears,[a] we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 3 All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.

So through faith in Jesus the mediator between man and God, you are made holy and perfect in him. So when you see yourself as pure because of Christ, you will be pure, through this belief, and therefore you will have purified self just as you are already pure.

Hoping you caught this

When one does not please another, one usually moves on, no friendship is gathered, unless this happens:

Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: What! You too? I thought I was the only one. A quote from C.S. Lewis

If one thinks there is something to gain, by going here or over there, then one goes. Why not go just to go, I do not have to be pleasing, act all trustworthy, hide truth good or bad, do you do this to be pleasing?

I go to a dinner a holiday dinner, and for years at this dinner each year there is this dish of food that you do not like, and every year you are encouraged to eat of it, you do out of being pleasing to the one that made it and being respectful to the dinner party. You know it is tradition and in fear you just stomach what you do not like, never tell the truth that you do not like it.

Is this you no big deal right, it was me? What about on a much larger scale? You are here to learn right, but are we not taught to shut up. You say but I have questions. We ask and are told the answer and we don’t agree with the answer in our own Spirit, something is amiss ever been there or are here now? Do you think that since we all have been taught to be pleasing, that that is where the problem lies?

Look, we lie to the other; because we do not want to hurt the feelings of the other, you know this would be loving your neighbor as yourself right? Any of you ever thought this way without ever realizing it?

So I lie to you and tell you I liked your casserole but really I did not. Now I am sure hearing this would be pleasing to you at the time right? Now years go by we have been friends all this time and you finally find out that I never did like that casserole, and you have made that many a times for me ever since. Are you pissed at me? Yes of course you are, I would be as well. Do you see how everyone gets out of alignment with others and God, through telling little white lies to keep from hurting the other(s). Is not this how the tooth fairy, Santa Clause, Easter bunny and many other fables have misdirected truth into lies?

Now let us go back to the first day of eating that casserole. If you had told the truth that you did not like it to begin with, then the problem of later would have been stopped correct?

So now you and I are faced with, I tell you what I think about your food and tell you I do not like it. You respond with an attitude of hurt, and let me know you are upset over me telling you this. I see you are upset and I say WOULD YOU RATHER ME LIE?

Folks do you get it, when there are no lies, there are no cover ups. I remember a cartoon a long time ago, I think it was Marmaduke. Marmaduke was a talking dog, and the dogs master was talking with Marmaduke, and Marmaduke was saying something, the kid replied hey wait a minute didn’t you say something different last week, the kid detected the lie, and Marmaduke replied hold on let me check my notes, as he was reaching in his back pocket.

There is an old saying that goes like this:

Oh what a tangled web I weave when I first set out to deceive! So if I want to be pleasing then I want to tell the truth in all things, even though society does not accept this, the world and its lying ways does come against one that does tell the truth. So I am left with a choice be pleasing to the world and tell little white lies or have faith in God and God alone through Christ the Author and finisher of my faith along with all that believe in Christ.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. - Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)

Now just as well the world is also a rewarder of those that diligently seek the things of this world, so if I am mixing God and world, I ask amiss and do not get so read James 1:5-7

5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

See it also  in the tempting of Christ what the devil said

Matthew 4 New International Version (NIV)

4 Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. 3 The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”

4 Jesus answered, “It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:

He will command his angels concerning you,

and they will lift you up in their hands,

so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

7 Jesus answered him, It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’

8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.”

11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

Re-read 8-11, ask God in your heart, and say thank you Jesus for this, and now teach me the truth of this for me and let me see how evil has crept in all over this world.

People have you gone to church, a meeting with friends, did things nicely with expectations that you are being good so you should be rewarded or since you have behaved so well you will be rewarded? We all see the kingdoms of the world and their splendors do you not? So only you know in your heart along with God whether your heart is with God or against God. If I decide to take the kingdoms of this world and all its splendors, I will have a good time not caring for anyone else but myself. Those that I am good to is not because I care for them or that they care for me, Money is the motivator for both.

Tell me is this pleasing to you and the world, being caught up in its traps, losing your own soul, having no real love, no real faith in  God only claiming to!

For me I exclaim get the _________________ away from me evil as Christ said, for I desire to only worship God and am thankful God is patient with me to learn how to trust God at all times in all measures, how about any of you all? To serve God the creator of all and the Father of Christ is a long time bout because the evil energy forces do their best to keep one from entering his courts with thanksgiving and praise as King David finally proclaimed after his long time bout.

Now I am not saying it is bad to have money lots of it. It is not bad, for all things are clean of by itself. It is what one does with it that turns it bad or good. Look there were and are a lot of material wealthy people and whatever they do with their riches is between them and God period. Job was rich lost it all and still praised God can you do the same, then look at how God protected him afterwards and gave him riches beyond anyone’s dream of today. Abraham was wealthy as well, and there are many others the same as them today they put God first in all things, better than that saying is God is first, family second, and job third. No how about above that GOD is MY LIFE! So no matter where you go God is with you, leading you to do whatever it is God wants you to do because God has become your life no matter where you go ready to give an account for your joy in season and out of season.

Love you all

22 Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying: 2 “The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. 3 He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come.

8 “Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. 9 So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.

11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 12 He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

13 “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

14 “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”

I know many are called and it says few are chosen, yet I know that it is God's desire that all change their mind from unbelief to belief, I am thankful because to my dying day here on the earth, I never earned it, and it is undeserved, yet God chose to do what God chose to do, so in my thankfulness, thanking god for this, and trusting for him to lead through the Holy Ghost, You know I am pretty much at the point that I never want to leave the throne of grace, for in there is no malice what so ever, safe and secure in the arms of Father, yet God needs us as vessels to God's glory, so God put us back here as ambassadors, representing the joy, peace, and righteousness in the Holy Ghost. You see I found out that the believers home is heaven, citizens of, yet we are back here in this body that died with Christ on the cross as he did, then raised back to live by God the Father via the Holy Ghost, quickening those that believe back to life here and now, loving all whether they believe or not, being led by the Holy Ghost

This is absolutely amazing this grace that is given to each and every one of us that believe. So it is now just up to each person to just ACCEPT it as is and end up having life abundantly, no matter what condition you are in here on earth as Paul said being content in all things, we all have the same as Paul, for it is the same Holy Ghost that even Jesus sent to all that believe.

Loving you all as God does unconditionally, how can one not believe when they see this love of God that while we were yet sinners he died for us, and thus gave life, through the resurrection, a born again you?

God the pinch hitter swings again and it is out of the park, a home run. Can you imagine how the devil felt when Jesus rose from the grave and Jesus said those keys are his, and so the prince of this world has been defeated, by the resurrection, and is God the Father is awaiting to put the rest of the enemy under his footstool, that is one’s flesh into his flesh, dying to one’s flesh thus coming alive to the Holy Spirit of truth, transferred from this worldly kingdom to God’s, for he said it many times that this world is not his kingdom, if it were he would have never went to the cross and took away the sins of the world. All the angels of God would have come and fought. So believer ask and see where you are through belief yes a citizen of.

2 Corinthians 5:20

We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

Ephesians 6:20

for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

This is for all believers, read them as if God is saying this to you personally.

Love you all

Does anyone like or want to be controlled? In this world is that not what is going on, a battle for control? Do some things need to be controlled? Laws do need to be in place right?

If there were no stop lights, to control traffic, or laws to obey for traffic, then there would be a lot more accidents and deaths than there already is, yes?

So instead if viewing laws as commandments, being a control freak, you obey because you must or else you suffer the consequences. Now with the Law of Moses the consequences of disobedience were death.

With traffic laws you disobey, you pay fines for them, like drinking and driving, but there is still the consequence of death, if one drinks and drives, even if you only had one drink, and you could cause the death of another, by disobedience to the law.

There is an old saying I heard growing up that Laws were made to be broken. But truthfully Laws were made for you and your neighbors benefit, they are put in place for your protection such as traffic laws.

You see when you are not fighting being controlled or trying to control, then you are free to see the reason for such a law as no drinking and driving. Do you not know that whenever I drink even one drink and get behind the wheel of a car and drive, I am at that moment playing God, now if I take the life of another while I have drank, how would you or I feel the rest of our lives?

The same is true texting, talking on a cell phone, being angry at your children, your spouse, while driving. Please you all let us wake up and when we are on the road let us be considerate of the other drivers and when we run into those that do not care move away from them, trust me do not engage it is not worth it. There are tares amongst wheat and this is why laws need to be in place. They are put there for a reason, so obey them it is for your own good that you do.

So again get out from underneath seeing the law as a commandment, see it as a great benefit for your safety.

By this grace being freed form under the curse of the law that when it flows through me as a commandment it kills me, I am freed from the curse of the law.

So what do I do with the law?

Romans 3:31New International Version (NIV)

31 Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

You see one becomes in agreement with the law and therefore obeys it for this one understands the purpose of the law.

Now let us look back at the Law of Moses and the purpose of the Law: Ten Commandments Exodus 20:3-17

3 You shall have no other gods before me.

4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.

5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,

6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

7 “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,

10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.

11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

12 “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.

 13 “You shall not murder.

14 “You shall not commit adultery.

15 “You shall not steal.

16 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

So all these that are put in as commandments, showed Israel year after year that they could never be perfect in and of themselves trying to do so year after year. They were always reminded of their sins year after year, by having to kill an innocent animal, shed that animals blood in order for their sins that they had committed in that prior year from the last sacrifice in order to be forgiven again and go out and try all over again until the next year and sacrifice again.

Do you get the picture of the Law of Moses under the covenant that was put in place? Can you put yourself in one of their shoes and see from their perspective trying to get forgiven year after year.

Do you see today that there is no sacrifice in place, and no more shedding of blood? So then why are we as Gentiles going over to our place of worship and asking for forgiveness, when there is no more sacrifice and no more shedding of blood for forgiveness. It is done it is finished, The forgiveness issue is over all are forgiven from God the Father’s vantage point, through the cross of Christ. But brothers and sisters no one is saved through the forgiveness, nor does anyone get anymore forgiveness from God’s vantage point, it is finished John 19:30, a new covenant is in place today Hebrews 9:15-17, and once you see this then God sees one’s sins no longer.

Hebrews 10:17 New King James Version (NKJV)

17 then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.

But now do we take advantage of this, God forbid, don’t you know God’s grace is meant to lead you to trust God and say no to unrighteousness Titus 2:12

New King James Version (NKJV)

12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,

Now while Jesus was walking this earth, the religious leaders were always after to trap Jesus and dis credit him. So one day Jesus was asked

Matthew 22:36-40

“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment.

Now go back and read the ten, is this first and great commandment in the ten? No this First and great commandment is the sum of the entire Law all commandments sum into this one, and at first it is a commandment unto a belief unto you love God this way out of a willing heart for one day you, I will see how much he does love me, you and the only response is loving him back with all one’s got. Then the second is much like the first one love one’s neighbor as you see that he already loves you, regardless of whether your neighbor loves you or not it is unconditional already for you so how can one not love as you are loved?. Most say as you love yourself, well some do not love themselves at all therefore could they love their neighbor then? So then what I would need to see is how much I am loved and according to how much one sees that God loves them, is when they or I could only love back unconditionally as God already does, shown at the cross.

So it is not a matter of you controlling or being controlled, it is a matter of the love of God provided for you at the cross, beginning with you are forgiven for that was the last sacrifice and shedding of blood for forgiveness for the entire world. But no one is saved through forgiveness. That is the beginning unto life everlasting; the forgiveness being forgiven took away the disease of sin which was death. So now you go to the cross of Christ and in your own soul die with Christ at the cross and then wait for God to bring you back to life as he did with Jesus who is now sitting on the right hand of God resting waiting for you to join him resting from your works to get salvation, and therefore having this new life because of your trust for God to do the work in you now today and forever.

Loving you all to freedom in Christ
