I stood watching…

My eyes focused on everything she did…

How unfriendly she looked…

How little she interacted with people near her…

Instead she stared straight ahead. not even making eye contact with them…

Moving closer to her leader I mentioned all the things she was doing…

Or not doing…

I walked away feeling I had done the right thing…

After all, that’s the way the Bible tells us to deal with other people, right?

I mean I hadn’t embarrassed her or been nasty…

That’s the way the Bible tells us to deal with other people, right?

About then, I started thinking about Bible verses…

And God whispered the truth…

What were you doing, He asked, when there people were waiting to be helped?

I was busy…

Busy listening to that little internal voice telling me what a bad job she was doing…

Busy passing judgment on her…

"Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:1-2

Again God whispered the truth…

So your sin was the same as hers?

Uh… I never looked at it that way…

… "Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone…" John 8:7

God whispered again…

Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. Romans 2:1

What should I have done, God?

And again God whispered …

Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. Matthew 7:3-5
"Take the log out of your own eye…"

My own sin blinds me to my sin…

What else can I do but fall on the grace of God?

For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace. Romans 6:14

Literal Law / Perfect Law

Literal Law / Perfect Law

Hebrews 10:1-4Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

10 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. 2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. 3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. 4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

So when the Law of God through Moses was put in place it was to show the First Chosen their inability to obey it perfectly. even though they said they would do all that God told Moses to tell them to do, they would do and did not do, see

Hebrews 3:11

So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
Hebrews 3:18

And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
Hebrews 4:1

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
Hebrews 4:3

For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Hebrews 4:4

For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
Hebrews 4:5

And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
Hebrews 4:8

For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

Hebrews 4:9

There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

Hebrews 4:10

For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

Hebrews 4:11

Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Now Brothers and Sisters, Note this:

What is rest in Father's sight, Is it working as this world views working in an angst not wanting to do, always complaining about work?

Or is this rest working while not worried over what one is doing and or complaining about it?

Luke 17:5-10Living Bible (TLB)

5 One day the apostles said to the Lord, "We need more faith; tell us how to get it."

6 "If your faith were only the size of a mustard seed," Jesus answered, "it would be large enough to uproot that mulberry tree over there and send it hurtling into the sea! Your command would bring immediate results! 7-9 When a servant comes in from plowing or taking care of sheep, he doesn’t just sit down and eat, but first prepares his master’s meal and serves him his supper before he eats his own. And he is not even thanked, for he is merely doing what he is supposed to do. 10 Just so, if you merely obey me, you should not consider yourselves worthy of praise. For you have simply done your duty!"

Are we seeing this true rest is in willing to do love and Mercy to all, being a servant willingly so. And if one gets rewarded it is either from Man or God.

I know which I prefer. When is the last time you served without any return expectation. Or even thanked others serving you?

Faith = serve in Love and Mercy as called to from God to do. So exactly what does this mean, when I see hundreds of people in need daily. Lord can I feed these hundreds? No you can't, I can through you and all my Children that beleive me. So feed who I tell you as in the story of Lazarus in Luke 16 and the rich man that I put at his gates to feed Lazarus and he did not.

You see I allowed this rich man to have the money he had and extra to give away what I tell him to. And I told him to take care of Lazarus and he did not. He helped others yes and wass rewarded from others in Church he went to, yet was Tabernacle thnen.

So you see be, be available and you can have all you need with eternity to boot. So will you listen to me when to feed and when not to, according to my call, not your Church's call. Hear their call, yet come to me first to hear what to do, when, to who and to where as well as how much, asnd when to not or stop.

I told you I will take care of you, yet you get worried and I came here to earth through Son toi take worry away and turn this to trust me all the way. And that since you decided to believe me I have taken up residence in you to teach you

The Liberty I gave you in my Love and Mercy that this world can't Fathom, this includes the natural born in flesh and blod from the womb of woman.

The major problem today is ones Emotion's in care for others so deeply that others can use one's emotions to manipulate them to steal, kill and destroy from them, and when one sees this done to them they are angered and the enemy laughing, over usiong on you GUILT and PRIDE to keep you under his control to use you and destroy you through anger of.

Can you willingly serve in Praise to God alone and thus hear his voicve feed that one, not that one, or that one, I have a work going on for him to see truth.

Look at King Nebechenezzar in the First (Old) Testamnent he caused this homelessness on himself that he went through not believing nor trustoing me and at the end of 11 years he saw and repented to trust me. I restored him as King (God speaking here not me)

James 1:25

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

So anyone reading here and listening to waht the Spirit of God says and are in a twist of despair, turn and tell God you now decide to trust him and are going to stop your foolishness in harmong your neighbor to get ahead or have a life here that will never last forever as in God, one does in Spirirt and truth live forever as Christ is the proof being raised from the dead by Father.

That Sanctified Christ as our Lord unto Father as his Lord accepted in the beleoved and we are asked to beleive and come into the wedding feast and take off our back packs we have been carrying so long loaded down in worry and stress with no rest. For see here this is what he said before his death, resurrection ascension and delivery of Father in Spirit and truth to come into us and lead

Matthew 6:27-34Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 and yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Matthew 8:26

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
Matthew 23:23

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

So how can one do all this by God's Faith given you alone to do these miraculous thngs as Jesus did, taking no credit for any of them?

1 John 4:19Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

19 We love him, because he first loved us.

Ephesians 3:16-19Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

16 that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Ask God to reveal this and I bet Fasther in Spirit and truth will if one seekd Father in Spirit and truth for real, then one will see for real.

Thank you Homwardbound I am seeing the open door John saw in Spirit and trruth to the heavens to be seen in Spiritual reality trhat flesh and blood itself can not see

God does this throught the Holy Spirit of truth that is Father in SDpirit the same as the Spirit that led Jesus that not one could see, therefore if one saw Jesus one saw Father.

Lets dig a little deeper shall we? Since Father is the Spirit that led Christ while here on earth, and he listened to Father through the Spirit and did all in what he said and or did, thus even went to death willingly, not easily, and thus Father Sanctifiec him from the grave and rose him up on the third day. And is risen bodily and in Spiirt. Now he humg around on earth in the body and Spirit for forty days teaching the Disciples al truth and why this had to happen to him first in death before a new life could come to be and be given unto us through his risen life to us in Spirit as what happened on Pentecost. Father came on that day and entered into the bodies of the Disciples andf spoke truth through them the same as he did through Son, during those 3 and a half of ministering.

Today as it started at Pentecost Father impregnated the Disciples and flourished through them onto the crowd and saved them, those that saw and believed he entered in them, gsave therm new life in his Spirit to lead them.

Think trhis hasd stopped yet today? Not so, think waht is the only thing not forgiven in the end of this age of Grace given to all?

Would this be Unbelief, and then if this is it, How does one get bel;ief?

On the day of Pentecost, wsas anyone trying to grunt out belief? Trying to be good people, trying to be loved by God? Or did God just come as a mighty wind, swooped down from Heaven as Superman, entered into the Disciples, spoke through them in the Language those watching this happen and they responded with "I Believe". Now so was this given or did anyone earn this gift of life everlasting?

So why are we as his Children trying to generate Faith to even more Faith that is given to us and not earned?

tell me after seeing this verse below, how can anyone improve

Colossians 1:22Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

So we see this verse, go ahead read from verse one, please slowly and ask God to reveal wajht God has done for us and so etop thisd got to do attitudes that keep you sinning

Now so that you are aware of this as well, once you finalize you are forgiven and decide to quit in this by giving up to waht you wanted to quit, I know from experience that you probably might find out you will maybe at first do more of what you were trying not to do, being free to do this now

1 Corinthians 6:12

All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

I surely hope one you are listening, read the whole word from day one, read through it all trusting God to reveal truth to you over errors here in this world thast steal, kill and destroy you in working at your salvation that you are maybe caught up into, you decide truth here and go to God for clarity here and be set free in God and not this world of do gooders for rewards that God will not ever given them sitting in Moses's seat as he said when ecposing them for the evil they were doing behind the thrones thet weere placed in

Matthew 23:15

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Just so you know this still goers on today, and we are to be aware of this yet not pull up this evil and attack it. We are to be harmless for knowread Matt. 10:16-20 to see this is for all God's Children

Love you all in Chrsit since he decided to show me this love forst for me and all who will choose to believe, Thank you

Check this out to get out of stress we all have in trust to

From  dear Brother in Christ that shares as well in care for all Awesome post here of his to us all

Jesus went on from there and walked beside the Sea of Galilee. And he went up on the mountain and sat down there. And great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them, so that the crowd wondered, when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And they glorified the God of Israel. Then Jesus called his disciples to him and said, "I have compassion on the crowd because they have been with me now three days and have nothing to eat. And I am unwilling to send them away hungry, lest they faint on the way." And the disciples said to him, "Where are we to get enough bread in such a desolate place to feed so great a crowd?" And Jesus said to them, "How many loaves do you have?" They said, "Seven, and a few small fish." And directing the crowd to sit down on the ground, he took the seven loaves and the fish, and having given thanks he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds. And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up seven baskets full of the broken pieces left over. Those who ate were four thousand men, besides women and children. And after sending away the crowds, he got into the boat and went to the region of Magadan.
(Matthew 15:29-39 ESV)

Jesus was God on earth. When we look at Jesus we see God. By studying His life and the way He interacted with people we learn what God is like.

In today’s passage Jesus healed the blind, the crippled, and the mute. He was concerned because the people were hungry and might faint on their long journey home. Jesus never turned anyone way who came to Him. This is exactly how God has operated from the beginning of time right up until the present.

God is a God of compassion. He cares about the people He has created. He feels our pain. When we hurt He hurts. It makes Him sad to see us sad.

We were created to enjoy life. God did not create us to suffer. But we do as a result of our own decisions to live apart from Him. Yet God is always ready, willing, and able to solve our problems if we simply come to him and lay our problems at His feet. That is, if we give up control of them and let Him handle them for us.

Time and time again we see people do this in the Bible [Matthew 21:28; Mark 2:1-12 et. al]. These are the people who get their problems solved. Those who won’t give up control to Jesus walk away disappointed [Mark 10:17-22]. There is no other remedy to our problems than Jesus.

Government can’t solve our problems. It is made up of flawed, imperfect thinking and acting human beings. Money can’t solve our problems. It usually only creates more of them. Neither can sex, drugs, nor alcohol. They can only make us forget our problems for just a little while.

Only God can cure us. But He isn’t going to do it against our will. We need to come to Him, acknowledge Him for who He is our benevolent, loving Father who wants to take care of us and give us the best He has to offer.

But human pride keeps us from doing that. We’d rather live apart from Him like an rebellious teenager who thinks they have all the answers. And that is why the world is a mess and is only getting worse. Nothing good can come apart from God [James 1:17].

As we read the life of Jesus we see that God cares about every aspect of our life. He cares about our spiritual needs. He cares about our physical afflictions. And He cares our routine, daily needs. He cares about everything from the mundane to the eternal.

Not only that, but He cares about all people no matter what their background or lifestyle. He cares about the Jew and the Gentile, the male and the female, the gay and the straight. There is no one on earth whose hurt God does not see and whose hurt He does not want to erase.

When people in need came to Jesus, He acted to solve their issues. God’s compassion motivates Him to act. Caring is not simply feeling. It is doing.

Walking New and Old

I see this I walk new as been better or else I will ne lost, and so
God will get me if I dopn;t do as told. Now I hear this from the peopel that led me in Church whil;e growing up, and when I was old enough I scouted out around me and heard other opinions to what I had been taught to behave if I want good to come to me and if not, had I been naughty i would not be blessed by God.

When as I found out not true, this person tat had cahrge of me was playoing God over me, and if I did not behave and he found out I would not be blessed. Andf that is true by him anyway. Now he had scouts out and about to spy on me to see oif I did behave or not. So whatever they saw me do or wherever I went they had their own thoughts to whether I am behaving or not. Reporting this back to the pastor in charge. So whatever they saiud about me was truth to the Pastor as he trusted in these spies to tell him truth in what they see and think I am doing or not, Conjectured by where I went and was not to go there. EX: A bar in there so far and they do not go in to see, just that I went in and they never saw or asked why to this and assumed I was in their getting drunk and frolicking around having affair or something to this tune of conjecture to.

And so here comes God, (the pastor) of the flock he is in charge of, and has not yet discerned he has taken over and is playing God in place of being God's Bond-servant to God. For nothing else is investigated. Now he has made a Judgment to this as he was told and pictures taken to boot of me entering the establishment of drinkers there.

So here comes the Judge fro my own good to straighten me out, and I plead innocent, not of going in to this establishment, but od carousing and carryting on to waht is assumed now I did.

So one does not get listened to, ever had this type of problem happen to you?

Me as well as I think everyone has and ther are those that do this and get away with doing the drinking when you did not and you are scolded and these others you know of asre not. What is up with that?

So I know how this made me feel, not well and you too?

Okay now anger has or is setting in, right even if you did do wrong you not see this as that yet in your walk, who is anyone to not recieve you and teach you truth in what one did or not?
Romans 14 Living Bible (TLB)

14 Give a warm welcome to any brother who wants to join you, even though his faith is weak. Don’t criticize him for having different ideas from yours about what is right and wrong.[a] 2 For instance, don’t argue with him about whether or not to eat meat that has been offered to idols. You may believe there is no harm in this, but the faith of others is weaker; they think it is wrong and will go without any meat at all and eat vegetables rather than eat that kind of meat. 3 Those who think it is all right to eat such meat must not look down on those who won’t. And if you are one of those who won’t, don’t find fault with those who do. For God has accepted them to be his children. 4 They are God’s servants, not yours. They are responsible to him, not to you. Let him tell them whether they are right or wrong. And God is able to make them do as they should.

5 Some think that Christians should observe the Jewish holidays as special days to worship God, but others say it is wrong and foolish to go to all that trouble, for every day alike belongs to God. On questions of this kind everyone must decide for himself. 6 If you have special days for worshiping the Lord, you are trying to honor him; you are doing a good thing. So is the person who eats meat that has been offered to idols; he is thankful to the Lord for it; he is doing right. And the person who won’t touch such meat, he, too, is anxious to please the Lord, and is thankful. 7 We are not our own bosses to live or die as we ourselves might choose. 8 Living or dying we follow the Lord. Either way we are his. 9 Christ died and rose again for this very purpose, so that he can be our Lord both while we live and when we die.

10 You have no right to criticize your brother or look down on him. Remember, each of us will all stand before the Judgment Seat of God. 11 For it is written, "As I live," says the Lord, "every knee shall bow to me and every tongue confess to God." 12 Yes, each of us will give an account of himself to God.

13 So don’t criticize each other anymore. Try instead to live in such a way that you will never make your brother stumble by letting him see you doing something he thinks is wrong.

14 As for myself, I am perfectly sure on the authority of the Lord Jesus that there is nothing really wrong with eating meat that has been offered to idols. But if someone believes it is wrong, then he shouldn’t do it because for him it is wrong. 15 And if your brother is bothered by what you eat, you are not acting in love if you go ahead and eat it. Don’t let your eating ruin someone for whom Christ died. 16 Don’t do anything that will cause criticism against yourself even though you know that what you do is right.

17 For, after all, the important thing for us as Christians is not what we eat or drink but stirring up goodness and peace and joy from the Holy Spirit. 18 If you let Christ be Lord in these affairs, God will be glad; and so will others. 19 In this way aim for harmony in the church, and try to build each other up.

20 Don’t undo the work of God for a chunk of meat. Remember, there is nothing wrong with the meat, but it is wrong to eat it if it makes another stumble. 21 The right thing to do is to quit eating meat or drinking wine or doing anything else that offends your brother or makes him sin. 22 You may know that there is nothing wrong with what you do, even from God’s point of view, but keep it to yourself; don’t flaunt your faith in front of others who might be hurt by it. In this situation, happy is the man who does not sin by doing what he knows is right. 23 But anyone who believes that something he wants to do is wrong shouldn’t do it. He sins if he does, for he thinks it is wrong, and so for him it is wrong. Anything that is done apart from what he feels is right is sin.

Romans 14:1 Don’t criticize him . . . about what is right and wrong, literally, "Receive him that is weak in faith, not for decisions of scruples." Perhaps the meaning is "Receive those whose consciences hurt them when they do things others have no doubts about." Accepting them might cause discord in the church, but Paul says to welcome them anyway.

From another Brother in Christ, using the scapal for us to see deeper into trhis amazing grace given us

"What the Law could not do, because human nature was weak, God did. He condemned sin in human nature by sending his own Son, who came with a nature like our sinful nature, to do away with sin.” (Romans 8:3 GNT)

God does not command or expect anyone to seek, strive or struggle to put his flesh to death or change his sinful self or nature by himself. No man can ever do this!

The Scripture queries, “Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then also you can do good who are accustomed to do evil.” (Jer. 13:23 RSV).

Every attempt you make to change your inherited sinful nature or put your sinful self to death by yourself will always end in failure, futility and frustration. This is why everyone needs the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ; for only Him can change your sinful and corrupt self or nature.

The sin that is embedded in your human nature cannot be removed by merely observing some religious rituals, or by imposing some strict religious rules or disciplines on yourself. Your sinful self or flesh is like an unrepentant, unrelenting or incalcitrant rebellious son.

Nothing can change, modify, renovate, refurbish or improve your inherited sinful and fallen human nature. It is totally, irreparably or irredeemably evil and corrupt. The sin in your inherited fallen nature can only be removed by death. This is why God’s verdict on your sinful self or flesh is DEATH!

In the first piece on this series it was clearly presented from the Scripture that the verdict or sentence of death passed on Mr. Flesh (your unrepentant stubborn and rebellious self) was carried out on the Cross when Jesus Christ was crucified.

The Scripture makes it abundantly clear that your sinful self or flesh was crucified with Christ on the Cross.

The Scripture states: "And we know that our old being has been put to death with Christ on his cross, in order that the power of the sinful self might be destroyed, so that we should no longer be the slaves of sin.” (Rom. 6:6 GNT).

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” (Gal. 5:24 RSV).

On the Cross, our Lord Jesus Christ has done for you what no man, religion, ritual, rule or law can ever do for you. He took your sinful self or flesh to the Cross and put it to death with Himself and then raised you up with Himself as an entirely new creation or self in Him. Knowing and internalising this truth is what gives you total victory over sin and the flesh!

The Scripture states: “For he who has died has been freed from sin.” (Rom. 6:7 NKJV).

“For he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin.” (1 Pet. 4:1 NKJV).

But how did Christ’s death on the Cross amount to or result in the execution of Mr. Flesh (our sinful self)?

Let us examine the Scripture for spiritual understanding!

In God’s sight, our sinful self or flesh is just like an unrepentant stubborn and rebellious son. Therefore, it has to be put away by death according to the Law. The process or manner of death is also prescribed by the Law (Deut. 21:18-21).

The execution of our sinful self or flesh must be according to the Law, “for all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.” (Rom. 2:12 RSV).

But, when the fullness of time came for the execution of our sinful self, God sent us a perfect substitute, His Son, Jesus Christ. What a great love!

The Scripture attests to this truth in Galatians 4:
4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. (NKJV).

Also in Romans 8
3 For God has done what the Law could not do, [its power] being weakened by the flesh [the entire nature of man without the Holy Spirit]. Sending His own Son in the guise of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, [God] condemned sin in the flesh [subdued, overcame, deprived it of its power over all who accept that sacrifice].” (AMP).

The Scripture makes it abundantly clear that Jesus Christ came “in the likeness of sinful flesh (Rom. 8:3 NKJV); “in the image of the evil flesh” (Rom. 8:3 BBE); “in a body like that of sinful human nature” (Rom. 8:3 WNT); “in a body like the bodies we sinners have” (Rom. 8:3 NLT); “in the guise of sinful flesh.” (Rom. 8:3 AMP).

So that Christ could be a perfect substitute for us!

Christ didn’t die on the Cross as a holy God or a saint that He was, but as a sinner or a sinful self that you were. This is why He came in the likeness of your sinful flesh or human nature.

What are the spiritual implications of this perfect substitution?

First, while Jesus was on the Cross what God was seeing was your evil and corrupt flesh or sinful self because Jesus was in the likeness or image of your evil, corrupt and sinful flesh.

Second, the terrible, excruciating or agonizing death that Jesus Christ died on the Cross was the sentence, verdict, or judgement of death that the Law has pronounced upon you – your sinful and corrupt flesh.

Therefore, as far as the Law is concerned, the verdict or judgement of death passed upon you has been fully carried out. Your sinful self or flesh has been put away by reason of Christ’s death in your place or as a substitute for you! Hallelujah!

It is a sheer ignorance and foolishness for you to be seeking, striving or struggling daily to die daily through your personal efforts by observing some religious rituals or imposing some strict rules or disciplines on yourself. The Lord Jesus Christ has already accomplished that for you by His death on the Cross!

When you belittle, despise, reject or set aside what Christ has already accomplished for you by His death on the Cross, you will constantly fail and fall in your daily battles against sin, Satan, the flesh and the world; no matter how hard you strive or struggle to have victory.

This is the major cause of the defeat, failure and frustration that many believers today are experiencing in life!

Friend, rise up today with this revelation knowledge and quit seeking and striving to put your sinful flesh or self to death in your own wisdom and strength. Jesus Christ has done that for you!

What then should you do?

Like Paul, begin to acknowledge, recognize, believe, receive, and confess, appropriate or act upon the truth of your death, burial, resurrection and ascension with Jesus Christ!

Paul declared, "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Gal. 2:20 NKJV).

This also should be your daily declaration and experience!

But did the process of Christ’s death conform to the manner the Law prescribed that our sinful flesh must be put to death?

Let us examine how the Law commanded that an incalcitrant stubborn and rebellious son should be put to death and compare it with how Jesus Christ was put to death as a substitute for our sinful self.

The Law commands in Deuteronomy 21:
18 "If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have chastened him, will not heed them,
19 "then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city.
20 "And they shall say to the elders of his city, 'This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.'
21 "Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones; so you shall put away the evil from among you, and all Israel shall hear and fear. (NKJV).

Apparently, the Lord Jesus Christ was not a stubborn and rebellious son. While Jesus Christ was in the world, He always did those things that pleased God His Father (John 8:29). But, from birth you are disobedient, stubborn and rebellious to God’s law.

However, because of His great love for you, Jesus Christ came in the likeness of your sinful flesh to die in your place according to the manner prescribed by the Law for your execution as a stubborn and rebellious son.

Consider the conformity of Christ’s death with the prescription or requirement of the Law in Deut. 21:18-21.

First, according to the Law, the unrepentant stubborn and rebellious son has to be exposed or brought out by his own family members, by those who are very close to him and who know him very well.

How did Jesus conform to this requirement of the Law?

Jesus was betrayed, exposed or given away by someone very close to Him, who knew Him very well. Jesus said of His betrayer, Judas Iscariot, "He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me.” (Matt. 26:23 NKJV).

Second, the Law stipulates that the unruly stubborn and rebellious son be handed over to the elders of his city to pass the sentence of death on him and to see to his execution.

How did Jesus conform to this condition of the Law?

Jesus Christ was delivered by Pilate to the elders of Israel (the chief priests) to crucify Him.

The Scripture testifies to this in John 19:
15 But they cried out, "Away with Him, away with Him! Crucify Him!" Pilate said to them, "Shall I crucify your King?" The chief priests answered, "We have no king but Caesar!"
16 Then he delivered Him to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus and led Him away. (NKJV).

Third, the Law specifies that the incalcitrant rebellious and stubborn son be brought out to the gate of his city to be executed or put to death.

How did Jesus conform to this process of death specified by the Law?

Jesus was led away outside the gate before He was crucified.

The Scripture testifies, “Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.” (Heb. 13:12 NKJV).

“And He, bearing His cross, went out to a place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha, where they crucified Him, and two others with Him, one on either side, and Jesus in the center.” (John 19:17-18 NKJV).

Beloved, although Jesus Christ was not a stubborn and rebellious Son to His Father, yet He took your place (the stubborn and rebellious son) and thus suffered and tasted death for you, so that you may no longer be enslaved to sin or to the lusts of the flesh.

Your real victory over sin or the lusts of the flesh lies in you knowing, understanding, believing, internalising and walking in this truth that your old sinful self or flesh has been crucified with Christ on the Cross. Therefore, you are no longer a slave or debtor to the flesh, to obey, gratify, satisfy or fulfil its desires, passions or lusts.

This is why the Scripture states: “So then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.” (Rom. 8:12 RSV).

If you don’t know, believe or accept the spiritual truth of the death of your sinful self with Christ on the Cross, you will remain a slave or debtor to the flesh, obeying, gratifying or satisfying its desires, lusts and passions.

The Scripture states: “Being conscious that our old man was put to death on the cross with him, so that the body of sin might be put away, and we might no longer be servants to sin.” (Rom. 6:6 BBE).

You must always be conscious of the truth that in and through Christ, you are dead to sin, but alive to God!

Friend, if you have experienced the new birth through faith in Christ Jesus, your old man, sinful self or flesh has been crucified with Christ, nevertheless you live; yet not you, but Christ lives in you and the life which you now live in the flesh must be lived by faith in the Son of God who loved you and gave Himself for you (Gal. 2:20).

If you don’t see yourself as one with Christ in His death, you cannot see yourself raised together with Christ and thus live a victorious, triumphant and prosperous life as a new creation in Christ.

The Scripture states: “For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection.” (Rom. 6:5 NKJV).

Prayer: My Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for opening my spiritual eyes today to see how my sinful flesh or self was crucified with Christ. I declare today that I am no longer a debtor to the flesh and so I refuse to be ruled, controlled or governed by the desires, passions and lusts of the flesh, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Proverbs 14:12

Proverbs 14:12
(12) There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death.

New King James Version   Change your email Bible version
This is essentially what was occurring among the Colossians. They had been presented with something that looked attractive, something they were told would enhance their worship of God, but it was actually a pagan idea. Contrary to the sales pitch they were hearing, they needed to get it out of their lives, out of their worship of God, or it would eventually lead them completely astray.
They were being deceived by something that appeared right. It seemed so good, and it indeed had its positive qualities, in a way. Paul, though, could see that death waited at its end. The people, apparently, were deluded into thinking about it an entirely different way.
Humanly, God has given us multiple ways to express our personalities that have nothing at all to do with sin or necessarily, with His way. But there is only one "Way," and that is His. When it is alloyed with other ways, it is not improved by any means. The Word of God is pure, and when things are added to it, it is not made stronger or enhanced. Added things actually make it worse; it is made weaker.
We can express our personalities in things like fashion. Look how many different designs there are to clothing. The same applies to furniture or automobiles. They change them on us every so often to make them appeal. People buy things that appeal to the expression of their personalities. The same is true with houses and yards. Look at the landscaping varieties that there are—hundreds of different flowers, bushes, and trees that we can put in our yards to express a little bit of the beauty of God in our own way. Food and drink are other examples of variety in personal expression.
But in terms of morality and spirituality, the Way is extremely narrow. "Wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, . . . [yet] narrow is the gate and difficult is the way way which leads to life, and there are few who find it" (Matthew 7:13-14). This is the principle we are dealing with in this case. In Colosse, the Christians were victims of yet another attempt to syncretize something moral and spiritual—but humanly devised—to God's Way.
In this case, it was a philosophy of asceticism and the worship of demons, which they were being told would enhance their worship of God. It appeared to be so spiritual, but it was effectively cutting them off from the true Object of their faith and their Source of power to overcome—Christ.

R- eserved   E- ternal  S- alvation  T- oday

This is what is done through the Son for us all today. Father just waiting in patience for us to see in belief what he had Son do for us to go through to give us new life in Spirit and truth of his amazing unfathomable Mercy in forgiving us all here before anyone of us here today were ever born.

He is risen, the Son that I speak of, Father raised him from the dead, were he went when crucified for us all to the Spirit grave, where there were many held there by Lucifer who had the key to do this, as this Lucifer was an Arch Angel and wanted his creators kingdom, that a third of the Angels under him, that listened to him, thought of him as wow, since he had the answers in whatever they asked him about. They knew not of God the Father of Jesus. And so Lucifer who got pride and selfishness from these Angels worshipping him for the answers he gave them that he got from God to begin with, as he hid from these Angels who, was is the creator of all.

Has is, the thief that comes to steal, kill and destroy to tis very day. As he is the one that got Adam to eat through Eve that caused mankind to know right from wrong and be as if God themselves. And in truth are not the ONE that Father is period per Christ anyway.

So the fall came as if God never knew this choice of Adam and Eve would never be. And so from the seventh day that God rested, he rested in knowing he would redeem his creation from Satan, and fulfilled this in his Son Christ Jesus, for all one need today is to believe, receive and see.

For God is faithful, once one believes this is truth that can’t be denied, yet the enemy satan still tries to deceive and has put it on us to do as to behave or else, we get the belt.

Which is truth keeps one from the rest Father gives us through the risen Son for us not the dead one, that I used to be focused on tooooooo much and remained dead in trying to stop sins, where there is no rest when conscious whether one sins or not, just brings forth more sin

So in retrospect, looking back in history as when the first chosen got the Law from Moses, and they all said they would behave perfectly so. What happen what did, does this show one in behavior? I am talking perfectly as is what is required is perfection right? Is there ever any real rest in trying to be perfect and can anyone ever be perfect if at least failed once?

Your free choice ere to choose truth or not, not mine, not your friends, not your spouse, not anyone gets to make this choice to, but you.

So now that we all see hear, that are reading this hear today, do we see that no one is perfect ever of themselves?

Some do better at behaving than others that is truth  and causes pride and guilt as we look at each other in doing or not doing according to our Judgment we get Pride, envy and guilt of, trying to model after another, and many of us try to model after Jesus do we not?

We all have things we admire and cherish, do we not?

So how we doing all in all at behaving, well, so,so, do good and then not?

Want to give up, the cross road of life here on earth to steal, kill, and destroy us or see the new life God came to earth to give us through the risen Christ?

You see we are saved by his risen life not by his death; the death was needed first to reconcile us all here on earth first, so we can receive new life in the risen Christ to lead us in Spirit and truth from Father.

Romans 5:10New International Version (NIV)

10 For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!

2 Corinthians 5:18New International Version (NIV)

18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

What does reconciliation mean? Does this mean forgiven completely? Or does one have to get more forgiveness after Christ took all the sins of the world upon himself for God to be able to live in us and lead us to glory after the trials here on earth that we last through to see as Job did?

John 4:24New International Version (NIV)

24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

Philippians 3:3New International Version (NIV)

3 For it is we who are the circumcision, we who serve God by his Spirit, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh—

So would this be no confidence in me making judgments of me and or others you think, maybe?

Personally I see to have no judgment of anyone, as Paul said he will not be judged by man’s judgment, and that he does not even judge himself anymore for why, he said his conscience is clear in the son to Father

His conscience to sin to try not to sin is purged by Christ at the cross where he is made perfect by the death alone in Christ Jesus (Col 1:22)

Then he states he is saved by the risen life of Christ after Christ’s death reconciled, redeemed, forgave him and not only him yet the entire world. Once he finalized this as done, (forgiven complete) he saw the win in the savior as Father gave him the Faith of Christ Jesus to live in the resurrected one in Spirit and truth to lead him, as is for all who believe God does just love them, will see this truth, as long as they hold on as in Col 1:23 says to. Read it for yourself and see how amazing God really is.

As we all know by our experiences here in life here people are not and how we have reacted to this and not been perfect either all in all, yet are angered inside about others harming others as is what still goes on today and has not yet stopped, just look at the news. Yet God is still calling us all to rest in him, and just love in Mercy and truth to all. And this does not mean you have to hang around anyone, because you are told to love your neighbor as yourself

Sometimes, to do this it takes to be at a far distance from them that bring harm

Re-read Gal. 6 in this

So be wise as the serpent and remain harmless as the dove from a distance far enough away to de this

We are called to rest, yet one need to be aware before stress can be turned into rest, and God is the only one that can do this, so will you last through in Faith to see this, no matter how long it seems to take?

I trust you will since you have chosen to believe, Father knows this and will teach you this rest he came to give you in his risen Son for not only you, but for all to repent, which is to change one’s mind from unbelief to belief in God, period and stand in this no matter what

Jeremiah 29:11New International Version (NIV)

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Homwardbound, writing when the iron is hot, and blowing me away as I wrote this

Thank you Father for this for all to see you do just love them. For us each to start right there in thank you and ask what we can do in response to this unconditional love for us through Son
